This customer had a maintenance building that they needed more storage capacity in. Trammell provided a mezzanine platformfrom cogan to be able to accommodate 700 more square feet to be able to store small parts. This project went through a design process where we measured a custom built this mezzanine to fit the exact application.
The goal of this project was to add more storage through a mezzanine. Shelving was added at a later date to the top of the mezzanine structure. This structure was delivered and installed in two days. The customer provided footers to support the load of the mezzanine and to level out the uneven floor of the facility.
This free standing mezzanine from Cogan included mezzanine stairs, mezzanine handrail, and a bar grating deck. The capacity of the floor was 125 PSF which will accommodate a 40" x 48" pallet with 1500 lbs. on it. The mezzanine storage platform is made of cold rolled steel powder coated grey with the mezzanine railing and stair being galvanized.
