Trammell Equipment has pallet racking for sale out of our stock. Selective pallet racking is by far the most popular style of pallet racking and is the style you see in a Home Depot or a Costco. Selective pallet racking is made up of upright frames, cross beams, and wire decking. 

Trammell Equipment has used pallet racking for sale from our Birmingham, AL location. Trammell inspects all used pallet rack uprights and used pallet rack beams before sending them out. We also buy used rack so if you have some used rack you need to sell and more you need to purchase we accept trade ins. 

Trammell Equipment has Cantilever Rack for sale. Cantilever Rack is often used for pipe rack, lumber storage rack, furniture rack, sheet metal rack, and anything you have that is long and will not fit in selective pallet rack. Cantilever rack can be made in roll formed style, or structural I beam rack. Cantilever rack can be configured to be single sided or double sided. Cantilever arms are available in many different lengths to suit your specific storage needs. 

Push Back Racking is a great way to save valuable storage space by implementing high density pallet storage. Push back rack can go up to 6 deep and can be made of rollers or carts. Pushback rack is first in last out systems (FILO) system so it works better for pallets that do not expire or need to be rotated. Push back racking cost is more than standard pallet racking but the benefit of saving space usually makes up for the higher upfront costs.

Drive in rack or drive thru rack is a great option for high density storage of pallets. Drive in Pallet Racking is serviced from only one side, where drive thru racking allows you to load an unload from both sides of the system. Drive in rack has beams in the back bay to stabilize the system where drive thru rack only has beams at the top of the system. Drive in racking can be made out of roll formed or structural steel. Designing your drive in racking system to be damage resistant is an important aspect of any drive in rack project to keep from making costly repairs in the future. 

Pallet Flow Rack is a high density pallet racking solution that allows you to consolidate multiple pallets into a tighter area than selective pallet racking. Pallet flow racking system can be designed to be however many pallets deep you need it to be. Pallet gravity flow rack can be designed with different pallet flow rack rollers depending on what type of pallet you are trying to flow. Pallet flow racking is a first in first out system (FIFO) providing good rotation to your inventory.

Carton Flow Rack is a great storage solution for high rate picking applications. Load carton flow racking from the back and pick from the front carton flow allows you to keep good rotation of your inventory keeping sku's from going bad. Carton flow racks can be ordered as a full bed of rollers that allow you flow different size boxes or same size boxes that is made with dedicated lanes. Carton flow rack systems are often utilized in pick module applications.

Double deep pallet rack is an excellent high density pallet storage solution to consolidate your excess of pallets. Double deep pallet racking is a first in last out (FILO) storage solution. Double deep rack is not a dynamic system like pallet flow or pushback which means you never have to worry about the system getting blocked and not being able to access pallets until it is repaired. Double deep racking systems are just selective rack going 2 deep and serviced with a reach truck to access the back position.

Coil storage racking has to be very heavy duty and all the details have to be taken into account when designing. Making sure that your coil racking is heavy duty enough to be able to handle the point loads of your coils has to be taken into serious consideration when purchasing.
